Windsor-Clive/Watson engagement

_.The engagement was announced 12 February, 2014, between the Hon Frederick John Richard Windsor-Clive (b 21 Apr, 1983), scion of the Earls of Plymouth (Peerage of the UK, cr 1905), second son of Ivor Edward Other Windsor-Clive, styled Viscount Windsor (b 19 Nov, 1951), of Oakly Park, Ludlow, Shropshire, by his wife the former Caroline Nettlefold (b 1954), descended from the Viscounts Scarsdale, & Elizabeth (Lizzie) Watson, only daughter of Mr & Mrs Peter Watson, of St Keverne, Cornwall.
