Joanna N. Vernon-Harcourt, wife of the Hon Oliver Vernon-Harcourt, 3rd son of Lord and Lady Vernon, gave birth to a daughter, Poppy Josephine, 16 July 2009.
Mrs Vernon-Harcourt is a daughter of Mr & Mrs Kenneth Hall of Crewkerne, Somerset.
Double celebration for Lord Vernon - 2 grandchildren on the same day!
