The marriage took place on Thursday, 23 July 2009, at St Mary's Church, Pakenham, between Julian Spicer and the Lady Louisa Cosgrave (b 1948), widow of Norman Kirkpatrick Cosgrove (who d 1991), & dau of the 6th Earl Cathcart, CB, DSO, MC (1919-1999), by his 1st wife the former Rosemary Clare Marie Gabrielle Smyth-Osbourne.
