Margaret Simons, former Countess of Kimberley 1938-2009

 Margaret Griffith, who died 26 January, 2009, aged 70, was the actress Margaret Simons, known for The Good Companions (1957) and Operation Bullshine (1959). 

She was born 1 March, 1938, daughter of Albert Simons, of Elstree, Hertfordshire. She married firstly,  7 July, 1961 [div. 1965], as his fourth wife, John Wodehouse, 4th Earl of Kimberley (1924-2002), son of the 3rd Earl of Kimberley (1883-1941), and his wife Frances Margaret Irby (who died 1950), scion of the Barons Boston.

She married 2ndly, 1992, Robert Scott Griffith (died 1998).

She leaves a son from her first marriage, the Hon Charles John Wodehouse (born 30 March, 1963).
