Lindsay, elder son of Mr & Mrs John Lindsay, of St Cyrus, Kincardineshire, & Mary Ida Galloway Galbraith (b. 1973), scion of the Barons Strathclyde (cr. 1955), daughter of the late Hon. David Muir Galloway Galbraith (1928-2006), by his former the former Marion Bingham (now Mrs Rory MacDonald, of Spean Bridge, Inverness-shire).
