The engagement was announced in April, 2006, between Jonathan Henry Wiggin (b. 1978), scion of the Wiggin Baronets (cr. 1892) son of Mr Henry Walter (Harry) Wiggin (b. 1939), of Anguilla, British West Indies and of his 2nd wife, Mrs Robin Wiggin, of Cirencester, Gloucestershire, and Anna Yermakova, daughter of Commander Sergei Alexeyevich Kobelev and of Mrs Viktoria Viktorovna Yermakova, of St. Petersburg, Russia.
