Maj. John Joseph Barclay, MBE, MC, of Aldborough, Norfolk, late Maj. Norfolk Yeomanry, scion of the BLG family of Barclay of Higham, b. 1 Sept, 1914; died 19 March, 2006 aged 91. He was a son of Lt-Col Joseph Francis Barclay, TD, DL, JP (b. 1883), by his wife the former Constance Flower; married 1945, Joan, widow of Flight-Lt J.F.H. Andrews, and daughter of J.E. Needham, of Totland Bay, Isle of Wight, one son, Peter John (b. 1946). The funeral and burial takes place at Hanworth Church, near Cromer, 3 April, 2006....
