The engagement was announced in March, 2006, between Sam D. Gibson, elder son of Mr and Mrs Derwent Gibson, of Embley, Northumberland, and Emily Jane Wills (b. 1975), scion of the Barons Dulverton, younger daughter of (Peter) John Hamilton Wills (b. 1941), of Upper Slaughter, Gloucestershire, by his wife Elizabeth.
