Samantha Gwendoline Cameron, (nee Sheffield), wife since 1996 of David Cameron, PC, MP (b. 1966), Leader of Her Majesty's Opposition, and a descendant of King Willian IV and Mrs Jordan, gave birth to a second son, Arthur Elwen, 14 February, 2006, at St Mary's Hospital, Praed St, Paddington, London, a brother for Ivan Reginald Ian, who was b. 8 April, 2002, and for Nancy Gwendoline, who was b. 19 Jan, 2004.

Mrs Cameron, (b. 1971), is the eldest daughter of Sir Reginald Adrian Berkeley Sheffield, 8th Baronet, and his first wife Annabel (now Viscountess Astor), and is a descendant of Charles II and Nell Gwynn.
