Sir David Marshall Warmington, 5th Baronet

Sir David Warmington, 5th Baronet, who died at Malaga, Spain, 13 September, 2005, was Policy Adviser, Exeter Friendly Society from 2002, and Policy Adviser, Sanitas, Spain, also from 2002. David Marshall Warmington was born 14 February, 1944, the son of Sir Marshall Warmington 3rd Baronet, by his second wife, Eileen Mary, and was a younger brother of the 4th holder of the baronetcy (created in 1908).
He was educated at Charterhouse, and at the University of Madrid.

He succeeded to the baronetcy on the demise of his elder brother, 1996.
Sir David was twice married, firstly, in 1966, to Susan Mary Chapman, by whom he had two sons, Rupert & Guy. The marriage ended in divorce in 1980. Married secondly, 1981, Eileen Victoria Johnston.
He is succeeded in the baronetcy by his elder son, Rupert Marshall Warmington, who was born 17 June, 1969.
Sir David's funeral has taken place in Spain. A Memorial Service in the UK is planned for a later date.
