Lady Harmsworth, 66, wife of Sir Hildebrand Harmsworth, 3rd Baronet

Lady Harmsworth, who died suddenly, 8 August, 2005, at the age of 66, was the wife of Sir Hildebrand Harold Harmsworth, 3rd Baronet, the gardening writer and a member of the newspaper publishing family. The first Baronet was a brother of the 1st Lord Northcliffe and the 1st Viscount Rothermere.
Lady Harmsworth, who lived in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, was a music and theatre critic for regional newspapers.
She was the former Gillian Andrea Lewis, daughter of William John Lewis, of Tetbury, Gloucestershire, and married Sir Hildebrand in 1960.
She was the mother of 2 daughters, Claire, b. 1961, and Kirsten b. 1963, and a son, (Hildebrand) Esmond Miles, b. 1964.
The funeral service takes place at St Emmanuel Church, Cheltenham, 17 August, 2005.
