Docherty, Royal Marines, son of Commodore and Mrs Paul Docherty, of Fareham, Hampshire, & Alicia Vesta Anne Chichester (born 1991), scion of the Chichester baronets, daughter of Lieutenant-Commander Mark Arlington Raleigh Chichester, RN (b 1957), of Congresbury, Somerset, by his former wife the former Adrienne Valmai Cook (now Mrs Adrienne Varley, of Honiton, Devon).
