Harriet Ann Mattinson (née Waley-Cohen, b 1976), scion of the Waley-Cohen Baronets, and wife of David J. Mattinson, gave birth to a son Edward William, 1st September, 2009, a brother for Joshua.
David is the son of Mr & Mrs Michael Mattinson, of Eastbourne, and Harriet is the daughter of Sir Stephen Harry Waley-Cohen, 2nd Baronet (b. 1946) & Mrs Rob Dixon, of London.
