Harriet E. West (nee Gosling), wife of Damian K.T.E. West, & scion of the BLG family of Gosling, of Thrimley House, gave birth to a daughter, Phoebe Gloria, 29 September, 2005.
Harriet West is a daughter of the late Capt (Henry) Miles Gosling (a godson of HRH the late Duke of Gloucester), of Stratton Audley Park, Bicester, Oxfordshire, by his wife Elizabeth Rosemary, widow of Richard Marler, and daughter of Thomas Norris Russell Browning, of Co. Limerick (of the Irish BLG family).
Harriet West's paternal grandfather, George Edward Gosling (1889-1938) married in 1924, Helen Violet, eldest daughter of Lord Percy St. Maur (of the Dukes of Somerset).
Damian West is the eldest son of Mrs Moya West and the late George West, of Grindleford, Derbyshire.
