Lady Cotterell, MBE, who died 5 October, 2005, was the wife of Sir John Henry Geers Cotterell, 6th Baronet, Vice-Lord-Lieutenant of Herefordshire since 1998; Chairman, Radio Wyvern 1980-97.
She was the former (Vanda) Alexandra Clare Bridgewater, daughter of Major Philip Alexander Clement Bridgewater, and married Sir John, a grandson maternally of the 7th Earl Beauchmap, in 1959. He succeeded to the baronetcy (cr. 1805) in 1978.
She was the mother of Harry, Milly, James and David.
A Memorial service will take place at Hereford Cathedral, 25 November, 2005.
