The marriage took place 7 October, 2005, at St Mary's Church, Masham, North Yorkshire, between James Henry *Jamie* Goodhart (b. 1970), eloder son of Mr Joseph Henry Goodhart, of Great Givendale, Pocklington, York, by his wife, the former Fiona Ann Bowes Lyon (b. 1944), scion of the Earls of Strathmore & Kinghorne, and Miss Samantha J. Fletcher, daughter of Mr Robert Fletcher, of Coneysthorpe, York, and Ann Fletcher, of Burton Fleming, East Yorkshire.
